At FAPOMOTO, we have partnered with Seel to provide Worry-Free Delivery Protection, giving you peace of mind with every order.

How to Add Worry-Free Delivery

You will see the Worry-Free Delivery option and its small additional cost in the pop-up window after adding a product to your cart, as well as in your shopping cart.
Simply select this option before completing your purchase to ensure your order is fully protected.

What’s Covered

Lost in Transit
If you purchased Worry-Free Delivery, you may file a claim under the following circumstances:

  • You have not received your package even though the tracking shows “Delivered.”
  • Your package was stolen after delivery.
  • Your package was lost in transit.
  • You have not received it for more than 30 days after shipment.

Damaged in Transit
Products that arrive broken, crushed, bent (if not bendable), or otherwise unusable are covered.

Delivery Delay
U.S. Orders: Considered lost if not delivered within 10 days after fulfillment.
Outside the U.S.: Considered lost if not delivered within 30 days after fulfillment.

How to File a Claim

1. Check the email address used for your order and look for a message from Seel containing your policy ID and covered items. Click “Report an issue” in the email to access your claims center and follow the instructions provided.

2.If you are unable to access the link in the email, visit https://resolution.seel.com and enter your email and order number or policy ID to submit your claim.

Required Supporting Documents

For Damaged Items
Please provide:

  • Clear photos of the outer and inner packaging
  • Clear photos showing the damage

Seel will evaluate your claim and refund up to 100% of the product value, depending on the extent of the damage.
Damage limited to the packaging or pre-existing defects before shipment is not covered.

For Lost Items

  • If the carrier marks the shipment as “lost” or if there is no delivery scan 30 days after shipment, no additional proof is required.
  • If the tracking shows “Delivered” but the package was not received, please provide one of the following:
    • Police report
    • Security footage
    • Carrier letter
    • Written statement from an authority or leasing office

For Delayed Items
No supporting documents are required. Claims will be automatically reviewed based on the tracking information.

Additional Coverage Notes

Multiple Packages
If your order is shipped in multiple packages and one is lost or damaged, coverage applies only to the affected package. Seel will refund the corresponding value, and we will re-ship when possible.

Insurance Misuse
Fraudulent claims or intentional damage will result in account review, additional proof requirements such as unboxing videos, and possible blacklisting.

Gifts and Promotional Items
Complimentary or promotional items are not covered by Worry-Free Delivery. If a gift is damaged in transit, please contact us and we may offer a small goodwill coupon.

Refund Processing

  • PayPal: Processed within 1–2 business days after claim approval
  • Credit or Debit Card: 7–8 business days after approval
  • Venmo: Instant once approved
