Warranty Coverage

All products purchased from fapomoto.com come with a standard 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Warranty Claim Requirements

To process your warranty claim, we require:

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
  • Detailed documentation of the issue:
    • Clear photos showing the defect
    • Videos demonstrating the problem (when applicable)
    • Description of when and how the issue occurred

Note: In most cases, returning the defective product is not required - your documentation is sufficient.

Warranty Claim Process

  1. Email your claim to sales@fapomoto.com with:
    • Your order number
    • Product name and description
    • Supporting images/videos
  2. Our team will review your claim within 2 business days
  3. We may request additional information if needed to:
    • Verify the defect
    • Understand the root cause
    • Improve our products
  4. Once approved, we will ship replacement parts or products at our discretion

What's Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
  • Damage from improper installation or maintenance
