Return Policy

 

1. Policy Summary

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. 
Refunds are processed within 14 calendar days after receiving authorized returns.
All returns require pre-approval via sales@fapomoto.com.

2. Eligibility Requirements

Acceptable Returns:

  • Unused/uninstalled products with all original packaging, including outer box and internal materials
  • Defective items (proof required)
  • Incorrect items shipped by FAPO
  • Missing components (reported within 5 days of delivery)

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Used, modified, or damaged products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Pre-installed products
  • Special/custom orders
  • Items without valid proof of purchase
  • Items clearly marked as “Non-Returnable” on the website

3. Return Process

  1. Contact sales@fapomoto.com within 30 days with:
    • Order number and product details
    • Return reason with supporting evidence (photos/videos for defects)
  2. Receive Return Authorization (RA) code and shipping instructions
  3. Ship items to designated address within 7 days of RA issuance

Unauthorized returns: Regardless of the condition of the item, FAPO will charge a 30% processing fee.

NOTE: This fee does not guarantee that any remaining amount will be refunded. FAPO may, after deducting the 30% processing fee and any applicable restocking, inspection, or disposal costs, withhold the returned item, issue a partial refund, or refuse a refund entirely. To avoid these charges and secure your refund, always contact FAPO for return authorization before sending any items.

Return Scenarios:

  • Defective items/FAPO errors: Free return shipping label, no restocking fee
  • Customer-initiated returns: Customer pays shipping + 10% restocking fee (waived if exchanged for store credit)
  • Unauthorized returns: For any items returned without authorization, FAPO will deduct a 30% processing fee, regardless of the item's condition.

         Note:If the item is damaged, modified, or missing components/packaging, FAPO may charge additional fees on top of the 30% to cover actual losses.

Refund Timeline:

  • Inspection completed within 3-5 business days of receipt
  • Refund issued within 14 calendar days post-approval
  • Processed to original payment method (5-10 business days)

5. Warranty Claims

For manufacturing defects discovered after 30 days:

  1. Contact sales@fapomoto.com with:
    • Order number
    • Detailed defect description + evidence
  2. Our team will:
    • Provide repair/replacement solutions per warranty terms

6. Critical Conditions

  • Package Inspection: Inspect all packages before accepting delivery. Refuse visibly damaged shipments.
  • Restocking Fee Exceptions: Not applicable to FAPO shipping errors or verified defects.
  • Order Cancellations: Free cancellation before shipment; post-shipment cancellations treated as returns (fees apply).
  • Maximum liability limited to product purchase price.
