Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Shipping Methods & Delivery

We ship via FedEx Ground or UPS Ground to the contiguous United States only (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories).

Estimated delivery time after shipment: 2-7 business days.

*Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or incorrect addresses.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.)
  • PO Boxes (FedEx/UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes)

Orders with restricted shipping addresses will be canceled and refunded.

Track Your Order

To check your order status:

  1. Log in to your account on our website
  2. Navigate to "Order History"
  3. Click on your order number to view tracking details

For carrier-specific tracking, use the tracking number provided in your order details.

Undelivered Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived within 5 business days of the estimated delivery date:

  • Check your tracking information on our website or the carrier’s site
  • Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number:
    • FedEx: 1-800-463-3339
    • UPS: 1-800-742-5877
  • If unresolved, email sales@fapomoto.com with your order number

Damaged or Lost Packages

For damaged items:

  • Keep all original packaging and contents
  • Take photos of the damage
  • Email us at sales@fapomoto.com within 48 hours of delivery

For lost packages: Contact us after 5 business days past the estimated delivery date.
